By submitting
this form you are requesting to receive a sample of the LittleFingers
keyboard for a 30-day evaluation within your school. You are also agreeing
to arrange for the keyboard to be returned to DBZ (at your
cost) at the end of the 30-day period.
The trial period
will start from the time DBZ arranges for a keyboard to be
delivered to you.
Should the keyboard
be damaged beyond “fair wear and tear” or lost or stolen while in your
care, DBZ Publishing may invoice you for the cost of repair or
replacement.
Should the keyboard
not be returned within one week of the end of the review period, it will
be considered “lost”. |
