The purpose of the game is to place the maximum number of pieces on the board. However as pieces of the same colour can only touch each other at the corners, never along their sides, this makes the game much more complicated.

As each new piece is placed on the board, the rest of the game changes.  By using tactics when you put down your pieces, you can extend your territory and block your opponents. This makes sure the game remains lively from beginning to end.

Blokus Duo

Following on from the phenomenally successful and multi-award winning Blokus, comes Blokus Duo. While Blokus Classic can be played by one to four players, it is best played with four - leaving couples at a loose end and parents frustrated once the children have gone to bed!
 
Blokus Duo has the same basic game play as Blokus Classic - including its best attribute, one rule. However it's designed for two players. The board is smaller, but there are the same number of pieces for each player. With the starting position in toward the middle rather than at the corners, the game develops much more quickly and you are at risk from the first move!

Apart from being more compact and less expensive, Blokus Duo is perfect for two players.

 

Blokus Trigon

Blokus Trigon is an exciting game which has simple rules but offers an infinite number of combinations on a unique hexagonal playing board

With Blokus Trigon, 2, 3 or 4 players use different coloured and shaped pieces to try and fill as many places on the board as they can. Strategy is important and the only rule is that your piece must touch one of your other pieces at the corners - and only the corners! But with Trigon there is a variation - a corner can now touch an edge, creating a whole new world of strategy and options. So with Trigon, the one rule is now that pieces cannot touch along an edge.

Blokus Giant

Blokus Giant is has the same exciting game play and format as Blokus Classic - but with a twist - IT'S REALLY BIG! The Board measures just shy of 600 x 600 mm, so is perfect for team sports or just for Blokus lovers.
