GAME OVERVIEW

Certain fish are capable of climbing trees: true or false?
The answer seems obvious and yet...

What happens to a toad when it vomits? : - its skin breaks out in warts ?
- its stomach pops out of its mouth ?
- it changes colour ?

... the answers will amaze you.

Bioviva, the new board game about nature and the environment,
takes you away on a trip of discovery of the incredible story
of our planet Earth!

A traveller thirsting for knowledge, you travel the word and its natural regions trying to fathom the most fascinating of phenomena : Life !

How the game works
"Discovering our planet Earth"

After drawing "Destination Cards" at the beginning of the game, the players throw the die, land on squares of the planisphere, and each tries to answer the question asked

Each correct answer gives the chance to earn Eco points which suggest action in favour of the environment and help the player get closer to their "destination".

The winner is the player who manages to collect the necessary number of points for all natural regions listed on their "Destination Card".

..By the way!
There really is a fish that climbs trees....
As for toads, when they vomit, they don't just go half-way. Their stomachs really do pop out!

How ? Why ?
The answers to your questions are in Bioviva, and what's more, the commentaries are amusing as well as instructive !

Australian Content
Despite the international origins of Bioviva, and as an example of its global focus, the game has a very high level of Australian specific content. This is also typical of the high level of bio-diversity present within our continent.
